Orlo launches two new Microsoft integrations for improving customer experience

Orlo, a leading UK platform for managing digital conversations and a Microsoft’s Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Connect partner, announces a new Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate integration into its platform. Orlo’s digital conversations solution creates a tech stack for improving customer service and marketing capabilities.

Orlo became an ISV in 2019 and began development on a solution that can connect into Dynamics 365 to enhance its capabilities. Customers can now combine the customer experience features of Orlo’s integration with Power BI insights to create customisable dashboards, gain insights into their data, improve performance and efficiencies, and share visibility across their business. Customers can also leverage Orlo’s integration with Power Automate to connect apps, push and pull information, and increase functionality.
