What’s the  Sales Development Researcher role all about?

This role is an opportunity to join a team of high energy sales professionals, focusing on generating new business leads, breaking into new markets alongside an experienced Marketing and Sales team. The role is to help enable the SDR team with their target accounts and requires someone who is genuinely curious, has a great understanding of how businesses work and understands trends in the market. This is an opportunity to join a target-oriented team, but have fun along the way!

What are the key responsibilities? 

  • Researching businesses and industries 
  • Mapping out strategic key targets 
  • Being able to understand the SDR role and how research helps the team get into accounts
  • Gather high-level information on customer’s business processes, to offer a competitive edge to deliver value-add business solutions
  • Helping to generate new business & opportunities for Orlo 
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs
  • Working closely with the Marketing team and wider Sales team
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture
