What’s the Head of Sales role all about?

This role is an exciting opening to manage our hugely successful and growing new business sales team. You will work closely alongside our Head of Marketing and our Head of Business Development to create and execute on our Go-to Market strategy.

This role sits on the Leadership Team at Orlo, and therefore offers the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to the wider business plan.

What are the key responsibilities? 

  • Manage the new business sales team to achieve revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast revenue growth to the Leadership team
  • Work alongside the members of the Leadership team to help Orlo achieve its wider goals
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy at Orlo
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Head of Business Development to develop and execute on the Go-to-Market strategy

  • A track record of achieving revenue targets in a mid size SaaS company
  • The ability to use data to drive decision making on the Go-to-Market plan
  • Excellent communications skills, both internally and externally

  • Experience of identifying and establishing new revenue streams and untapped potential
  • At least two years of SaaS Sales management experience
  • Knowledge of the Social Media space preferable
  • Previous Analyst Relations experience a bonus
